Job Details: Subcontracts Manager - URGENTLY required for EPC Company in Oil & Gas industry based in UAE. Candidate must have a degree or equivalent with 15 years experience in all levels of subcontract documentation development . Knowledgeable in PQ, tendering and finalization of Subcontract (both during proposal and execution stage). Must know to deal with subcontracts management and administration. Can Handle contractual, legal, commercial and insurance related issues to subcontracts with lower tier subcontractors. Must have experience in procurement of services and management of deliverables. Should have exposure in model form contracts, management of teams supporting subcontracts bid proposals and project subcontract administration. Attention to detail and good commercial judgement is a must.
