Job Details: Commercial Director - URGENTLY required for Oil & Gas Company based in UAE. Candidates must have an Engineering / Business Administration / Law Degree with 19 years of experience in oil & gas related development projects, project management, contract and subcontract administration and management and commercial / contractual aspects of large company’s operations. Must know how to lead all activities related to contractual, legal. Commercial and insurance issues related to contracts with clients including the drafting of contracts and generation of variation orders to maximize profit. Knowledgeable in contract formulation and review. Must know to formulate JV, consortium or other partnering agreements. Should have exposure in leading all activities related to contractual, legal, commercial and insurance issues. An excellent presentation and communication skill is a must.
