Job Details: Head all marketing related activities such as development and implementation of marketing opportunities and plans, implementing sales plans, advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, distribution, sponsorship and research.
Conducts market researches, propose new products/innovation platforms, renovation on core items, and new packaging, develop and execute all Selling Materials, and effectively use market metrics to recommend new opportunities or corrective opportunities, if necessary.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management preferably major in Marketing or Brand Management from a reputable College or University - Relative and meaningful experience in the UAE market is a definite advantage Experience from Food industry, hospitality, or event management will also be considered - Can communicate fluently in English language With valid UAE DRIVING LICENSE - Demonstrated success managing and executing key elements of brand plans including strategy, selling and executing on one or more brands. - Above average skills in different MS Office Applications Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities - Analytical, highly responsible & reliable - Customer driven and motivated - Team – oriented - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
