Marketing Solution Delivery Manager

Our client, a global software and cloud services provider, are currently recruiting for an experienced Marketing Solution Delivery Manager for their expanding Dublin operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring marketing campaigns are delivered in-line with business objectives and centre strategy.

Responsibilities

    Management of development, planning and execution of marketing campaigns
    Identify possible campaign opportunities supporting sales team activities
    Monitor and analyse campaigns on an on-going basis using analytical tools to test effectiveness
    Work closely with business operations teams to aid target achievement
    Provide feedback to senior management on the success of individual campaigns
    Using analytical tools, maintain a strong understanding of the impact of campaigns and how they will impact upon sales team performance

Requirements

    7+ years experience managing and developing marketing campaigns alongside sales teams in a contact centre setting with a global software and cloud services provider
    Relevant degree level qualification (business/marketing), post-graduate qualification desirable
    Excellent knowledge of contact centre sales operations
    Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    Previous experience of campaign analysis
