Job Description
HNJ Enterprise dba Ta Ke Sushi Buffet in Langley serves Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and Western style food. And the restaurant is looking for 3 COOKs who are energetic, passionate and hardworking.
Wage: $13.00 - $17.00 hourly, 40 hours per week
Experience; minimum 3 years experience as a Cook (Korean, Japanese, Chinese, and/or Western Cook)
Minimum Education; High School
Positions; 3
Job Duties:
• Plan and develop menu
• Cook and complete various dishes (Korean food, Japanese food, Chinese food, and/or western style food)
• Prepare Asian style and/or Western style salads
• Monitor and order supplies
• Supervisor kitchen helpers
• Spot checking all food outlets
• Always maintaining the cleanliness of all food preparation areas
• Assure quality and safety of all dishes especially hot foods dishes
