Description: Junior Accountant Job Description
Key Functions & Responsibilities:
• Accounts Payable, includes processing invoices.
• Accounts Receivable, including processing payments, generating statement of accounts, collections on overdue accounts and reconciliation when required.
• Processing DATA entries in the system ensuring accuracy is maintained at all times.
• Processing expenses forms and allocate them the right GL accounts.
• Generate financial reports when required.
• Ensure all entries are entered in the system and participate in closing the month’s GL on time.
Education & Experience:
• Bsc in accounting.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of Tally.
Competencies:
• Attention to details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Problem resolving and analytical thinking.
