With a depth of experience within the aged care sector you may have developed your career from clinical beginnings but also have been a Facility Manager. Skills required for this fantastic opportunity will be to manage and drive business operations including financial and budgetary management, quality obligations, clinical management and providing a high level of leadership to staff. Personal attributes required will be to drive innovation, be able to consider the bigger picture and to have a strategic approach to your work whilst maintaining an ethical and high level of integrity to the care offered to residents.

As with other organisations who micro manage and restrict their Managers, you will be given autonomy and independence but with that comes a large amount of responsibility, so a confident and solid level of business acumen will be essential. Ideally you will be an RN. There will be plenty of opportunities for career growth, so ambitious and career driven individuals are preferred.
