Description: Cincinnati Public Schools (CPS), in Cincinnati, Ohio invites applicants for the position of Executive Director for the School for Creative and Performing Arts(SCPA)

The Executive Director provides overall strategic leadership and direction for the School of Creative and Performing Arts including its students, administration, committees, faculty, and staff, and manages relationships with parents and other external stakeholders. She/he is responsible for communicating and institutionalizing SCPA's ongoing vision and strategic direction and for ensuring that the organization is financially stable and growing in depth and breadth of operations. She/he is responsible for attracting and maintaining a motivated workforce capable of carrying out SCPA's vision and mission to be a premier arts school, focusing on providing a unique school culture, and rigorous academic and art curriculums. The executive director has financial, administrative, artistic oversight and collaborates with the Principal, Artistic Director, External Relations Manager, and Finance Officer in order to effectively provide direct oversight of all SCPA operations.
