Description: The Noel Pointer Foundation (NPF) seeks an experienced, innovative, and self-starting Development and Marketing Associate to begin work immediately. The Associate is fundamentally a grant-writer, negotiating a full schedule of charitable proposal and reporting deadlines and reporting directly to the Executive Director. They also have marketing responsibilities, pitching press contacts on the organization’s newsworthy occurrences and increasing audience engagement through email marketing and social media. The selected candidate will work 35 hours per week, Tuesday through Saturday and receive a benefits package. Salary will be determined based on experience. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the acquisition and reporting of corporate, foundation and government grant awards.

• Completing grant narratives that inspire charitable giving.

• Managing donation pledge entries and acknowledgement letters.

• Drafting original language for press releases, meta descriptions and email campaigns.

• Initiating and nurturing relationships with an extensive press contact list.

• Integrating social media platforms with multi-channel episodic content.

• Coordinating advertising campaigns for print and digital media.

• Operating Mailchimp email and WIX website systems for maximum unique user activity.

• Supporting the Executive Director with online interfaces, data-entry, phone calls, filing and artist communication.

Qualifications Include: A Bachelor's Degree with an arts administration, communications, or writing focus

• Minimum 2 years grant writing experience

• Strong interest in arts marketing and/or non profit marketing

• Impeccable writing skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms

• An ambitious, self-directed nature

• An affable disposition
