We are currently seeking a highly motivated Marketing/Communications Coordinator with experience in the AEC industry, to join our New York team. You may be the right candidate if you:

• enjoy working in a highly creative, yet disciplined environment (work hard, play hard) and if you are at once collaborative and self-motivated while also independent;

• Thoroughly enjoy writing, rewriting, proofreading, and copyediting

• rise to every challenge, are organized and have a strong work ethic

• Produce highly accurate work product and you are a master at prioritizing workload

• have supported a firm’s Public Relations efforts and have assisted with press coordination

• have worked with technical staff to develop RFPs as well as have created brochures and award submissions in Design

• can work under tight deadlines, help others balance their time and are confident enough to take the lead on a project but humble enough to handle tasks down to the finest detail;

• are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator), and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

• have a high appreciation for design, have previously worked in a design-related field and you have a minimum of 3 years of marketing and/or communications experience.
