Requirements: Experience in Financial and or Administrative position with a focus on creditors and preferably some exposure to foreign exchange and dealings. Communication skills – above average, able to communicate with a variety of people. Strong planning and organizational skills. Aptitude for numerical work.

Key responsibilities: Maintenance and correction of Foreign Creditors Accounts. Purchasing of foreign exchange, loading onto costing system and maintaining spreadsheet of company’s purchases. In the absence of the Foreign Creditors Manager managing processing of foreign invoices and credit notes. Communicating Payment instructions and managing foreign payments. Handling of applications. Purchasing of foreign exchange. Tracking of cargo. Processing of foreign and local (clearing) invoices. Costing of all other charges relating to shipment. Control of consignment stock and maintenance of spreadsheet. Costing of consignment stock upon drawing and booking goods into stock, stock adjustments. Dealing with Finance House re processing of invoices. Handling export sales and spares returns. Completing financial year end GIT and assisting Auditors with any queries or required collation of information /spreadsheets. Assisting Reserve Bank with yearly audit and other enquiries.
