Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Day
Salary: $38,500.00 to $39,000.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits, Mileage Paid, Life Insurance Benefits, Group Insurance Benefits

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school, Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience: Will train
Languages: Speak English, Read English, Write English
Type of Court Experience: Provincial and Territorial Court, Hearings
Justice of the Peace Specific Skills: Explain rights and obligations to defendants
Security and Safety: Basic security clearance, Criminal record check, Driving record check (abstract)
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Tight deadlines, Attention to detail, Large caseload
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's licence, Own vehicle
Work Location Information: Urban area
