FMCG Millwright Manufacturing Plant Parow Cape Town, Our client a FMCG Manufacturing Concern is looking to appoint an effective Millwright / Technical Maintenance Services Supervisor. Salary Market Related + Overtime, Call out Allowances and Medical Aid and pension

Qualifications and Experience: Matric, Relevant Technical Qualification NTC 4 as a Millwright or Equivalent, Millwright preferable, Recognise trade certificate, NOSA Supervisory Safety Training Course (SSTC) – Added Advantage, Festo Pneumatics, Electrical fault finding, Own transport essential and Driver’s License, 5 years in a similar role as a Millwright  in a FMCG Manufacturing Environment, Experience in Managing Staff Industrial Relations Good Work Performance with Sub Ordinates

Key Performance Areas: Maintenance: Maintain production equipment and conduct change overs as per planned schedule, Maintenance – To Ensure Minimal Disruption to the production process, Co-ordinate regular servicing of equipment with the aid of stats, Order and maintain stock of critical spares per machine, Arrange repair of broken equipment with preferred suppliers, Assist subordinates with repair and fine settings of equipment, Compile monthly reports including trend analysis, Assist Technical Manager with daily running of department
