Building Maintenance man/Woman (Caretaker)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Part Time, Weekend, Day
Salary: $11.00 Hourly for 11 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Moncton, New Brunswick (1 vacancy)

Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Not applicable
Experience: Experience an asset
Languages: Speak English, Read English
Specific Maintenance Activities: Sweep, mop, scrub and wax floors, Empty waste containers, Clean and disinfect washrooms and fixtures
Equipment Operated/Used: Industrial vacuum cleaners/power sweepers, Polishing machines, Waxing machines
Security and Safety: Criminal record check
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Physically demanding
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
