We are currently on the search for Teachers for January 2016 for a client of ours who are expanding their footprint in Gauteng.

They are a group of affordable private schools offering top quality, low cost private education. Their model is new, exciting and dynamic. They are a mission driven, highly entrepreneurial organisation experiencing high growth, looking for dynamic people to join their team.

Teacher requirements: They are looking for literacy, maths and isiZulu teachers. They are looking for teachers across Grade R to Grade 4. A new grade will be added each year. They require applicants to have a certification in teaching (B.Ed, PGCE, etc). They are keen to employ recently graduated teachers; teachers who are qualifying at the end of 2015 as well as teachers who have up to 4 years’ teaching experience. The positions will report in to the Principal of each school. Teachers will be responsible for driving student achievement by maintaining high expectations for classroom culture, behaviour, and academic growth for all students. Teachers specialise in a single subject (maths, literacy or isiZulu) and receive on-going professional development customised for their past experience and individual needs. Teachers are encouraged to enter the network’s leadership development program to prepare for careers in school leadership, not all schools present this opportunity.
