Experienced Qualified (Tertiary) Process Change Optimization Team Leader - Will Focus on the people side of change including Business Processes Systems & Technology - Job roles & organization structures - Creating docs & implementing Change Management Plans & Process/Training Material that maximizes employee adoption & usage - minimize resistance - Work along side the Business Optimization Manager to drive faster adoption - higher user utilization & greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees - Identify/Manager anticipated resistance - Create actionable deliveries for the change management levers comm plan - implementation roadmap training plan - Support comm efforts - Create & Execute Training Material + Training of staff - Create Process related docs - Coach Managers & Supervisors to enable change throughout the co from ops & warehouse related to Snr Management levels - Integrate Change activities - Align timelines to overall metrics & monitor change progress - Exposure to Business Process Management - Solid understanding of how organizations go through a change process - Change Management Principles Methodologies & Tools- Excellent Communication Skills - Flexible & Adaptable - Self Motivated - Multi-task - Think out of the Box type of person - Team Player
