Require Senior Outbound Campaign Manager - Debt Management: JHB for a 130 Seated World Class Call Centre, growing to 25 seats within 3 months in multiple locations. Shifts from 7h45 - 20h15 Must have experience in the Direct Marketing Call Centre Space with lots of Energy and a "Can Do" Attitude The Telesales Agents makes Outbound Calls from a Lead Database to sell Insurance, Loans, Vehicle Tracking. Warrantee's and Debt Management products to potential Customers and more. The Campaign Manager will have a Team Leaders and QA's report to him / her, all aspects of People Management falls within this role. The successful candidate must have a "CEO" attitude and run the business unit like it’s his / her own company. The Campaign Manager will manage some aspects of the campaigns as far as Data, Scheduling, Reporting, Customer Profiling , Database Management , Campaign Management, Response Rate and Conversation Rates are concerned. This is a very analytical position and Requires experience in Data Management in a Direct Marketing Outbound Call Centre. This role requires prior experience of team leaders and support resources reporting into the role. Its a Senior Management role not a Team Leader role. The successful candidate will be responsible to manage the entire team from Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Target Management, Incentives, Motivation, Budgets, Disciplinarians, QA and all general duties associated with such a senior role - People, Technology. Attributes: Excellent Verbal and Communications Skills (Tele Sales Environment, Debt Management, Collections, Insurance). Natural Senior Leader (Committed, Responsible, and Reliable). Minimum Requirements - Job specification : Design Outbound Campaigns , Schedule Campaigns including the People Management side. Assist in managing Database and Lead Management side. Assist in managing Databases and Lead Management . Continuous Data Analysis, Recommendations and Improvement. Manage Communications Channels (SMS, USSD, AVM, Outbound , E-Mail , Social Media). Understanding of CRM Integration into Several Platforms (Advantageous). Understanding of Call Centre Telephony Systems. Excellent understanding of Call Centre Behaviours and Benchmarking. Good general Knowledge of CRM in the Direct Marketing Space (Call Centre). Reporting (Hit Rate , Contactability , Conversion Rate , Call Management Stats, ROI , Cost per Acquisition etc). Call Centre Stats (Telephony , Occupancy , Number of Calls / Interactions , CRM , Workflow , Pipeline). Attend various meetings on various management levels including Exco. Salaries : R16 000-00 Basic (Negotiable based on Experience and Skills). Very Good Commission and Incentives Medical Aid (Company Contribution 50 % Discovery). Will report to CEO of the company.
