Payroll Accounting Analyst

A large multintational client of ours have a requirement for an experience payroll accounting analyst

Duties include :

- Payroll coordination for 25+ european entities.

- Payroll accounting & book-keeping for entities

- Carry out payroll and accounting reconciliations for all entities

- Payroll cash forecasting & internal banking.

- Monthly preparation of bonus schemes & benefits accruals.

- Responsible for compensation and benefits calculations

- Calculate expat payroll and and make necessary accounting adjustments.

- Carry out monthly accounting for all payroll taxation.

- Asist with preparation of payroll if/when required

- Ongoing projects

Requirements :

Experience in a shared service centre environment
Experience in a payroll related role
Experience working with 3rd party payroll providers
Experience in accounting for payroll
ERP systems experience (Oracle/SAP) desired
