An industry leader in the hospitality business based in Durban has a vacancy for an experienced Marketing and Public Relations officer. The ideal candidate should have a broad based experience covering a full spectrum of marketing duties, This includes and is not limited to : Promotional campaigns, Event management, Social media management, Client relations and issues management. The individual must have computer expertise, with proficiency in all Microsoft office programs ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). The individual must also possess superior multi tasking talents, with the ability to manage high priority assignments and develop solutions to challenging business problems. Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. The suitable candidate must be willing to work the hours associated with the nightlife industry.
