Requirements: National Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, 1-2 years’ experience within corporate HR environment, Sound knowledge of employment legislation (BCEA, COIDA, EEA, LRA, UIF etc.), Ms Office Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)-Advanced Excel, Excellent verbal & written communication skills, Strong administration skills, Attention to detail with high level of accuracy, Working independently and as part of a team, VIP Pay Roll will be a huge Advantage, Multi- tasking.

Duties: Interviewing and testing job seekers, Match candidates to jobs to build a pool of potential applicants, Screen and shortlist candidates, Perform Payroll function, Build relationships with employers and job seekers, Helps clients strategically integrate effective HR processes, programs and practices into their daily operations, Ensure business practices are in accordance with human resource policies and labour laws.
