Project Manager / Legal Bookkeeper

A well established company in Wood mead is looking for a strong Project Manager / Legal Bookkeeper - the person will have to learn very Quickly. Managing the Projects assigned. Attending to meeting with client about the project. Interviewing the client and understand the client's data along with the client and converting and importing it. Testing the integrity of the data along with the client. Training Clients in a classroom setup or doing one on one training sessions with individual clients. Assisting the client with handholding and support during the User Acceptance testing - and Go Live phases. Communicating project progress internally as to the client on a regular basis. Unsure that your client understands all the appropriate Financial and Management Reports in the system to assist them in better managing their business and staff. Experience working as a Legal Bookkeper or with projects in the legal industry, Project management diploma will be advantage, Own transport with valid drivers license, Not older than 40 years of age. Well presented and able to work in a team.
