Head Of Operations

At Wallace Myers International our client, a leading International Financial Services firm are currently looking for a Head of Operations.

The ideal candidate for this role will have international business experience and be familiar with investment products in an insurance environment. The candidate will be a person with significant change management and process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

    Manage the operations budget.
    Provide a high level of support to the sales teams.
    Create an IT strategy for operations.
    Implement a programme of continuous improvement that is measureable to support business growth.

Key Skills and Experience

    3 years experience at Operations Management level in an international financial services environment.
    Excellent communication, analysis, reprt writing and interpersonal skills
    Relevant education to a masters level.
    A knowledge of the Irish financial regulation and its application to life insurance companies.
    Experience dealing with international financial intermediaries, brokers, custodians and asset managers.
