Job Summary: To assist Niche intermediaries and internal clients by offering excellent client service, support and to maintain and grow relationships. The ability to travel independently both in SA and Namibia is a requirement for the role.

Qualifications: Matric / Grade 12, Relevant Financial Qualification will be a recommendation as well as relevant experience in an Investment environment, Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a Client Services Environment within the Investment Environment, Knowledge of Contractual and Discretionary products will be to your advantage, Valid driver’s license essential

Experience: Relationship management between Niche intermediaries, Business Development and Client Services team. Handling client service requests of Niche intermediaries through - Continuous liaison with Niche intermediaries regarding progress or any requirements on transactions in progress, Suggest ways of improving client service by reporting on trends, Prompt handling and analyzing of problems / complaints, Decision making after important / necessary information has been gathered and analyzed. Ensure that intermediaries and their assistants understand processes and procedures. Provide guidance and training when needed. Must be able to supply information with regards to queries on technical aspects and product rules within the industry to intermediaries

Competencies: Communication skills, written and verbal (English & Afrikaans). Building and maintaining relationships.

Planning and organizing: Knowledge of economic principles and economic environment/investment products. Analytical thinking and problem solving. Initiative / proactive
