Tray International (Pty) Ltd provides Customer Services, Accounting, Administration, IT and Marketing Services to international removal companies. Since 2006, the Company has kept on consolidating its client’s bases, and has extended its network and services to employ a staff of nearly 300 employees.

The Company is growing further this year and needs to recruit new and motivated candidates.

Requirements: Fluent in both written and spoken English. French will be considered a plus. Ideally educated to degree level (A’ level education considered). A minimum of four years PA/secretarial experience at a senior level. Shorthand and excellent typing skills. Good computer literacy, speed and accuracy essential. (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint). Experience of working within an international environment. Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Experience in working in the insurance sector.

Main duties: Answering telephone calls. Maintaining diaries. Arranging appointments. Taking messages. Typing/word processing. Filing; organising meetings. Using a variety of software packages. Booking transport and accommodation. Managing databases; handling correspondence. Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems. Liaising with staff and clients. Typing up minutes preparing letters, presentations and reports. Work on different projects given by Manager
