Trainee Technical Trainer, Maitland, Area of Focus: The ultimate objective being the provision of training to Major Independent Butchers and Franchises with the objective of broadening the understanding specifically in the areas of Ingredients and new Technology to demonstrate the company’s differentiated product. Ensure that Sales Reps can demo properly and talk confidently and fluently about our points of difference. Extensive training will be provided to ensure the successful candidate is able to meet these objectives.

Qualifications: Relevant Degree – BComm or any Technical Degree, Desire to be further developed and to possibly undergo further studies would be an advantage

Knowledge & Experience: Some experience in training and or the food industry would be an advantage, Ability to fully understand the Butcher and Franchise environment as well as the consumables and processing machinery used in the environment
