We are seeking to recruit a restaurant manager for a new restaurant that is opening shortly in Somerset West. Benguela on Main is part of Benguela Cove Lagoon Wine Estate. The restaurant is smart and chic and will serve contemporary, French/South African influenced food. You will need to have a strong background in restaurant management, have excellent customer service and people skills.
