Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 / N3 Qualification including Maths & Science; Relevant qualification for production and operations supervision; 5 years’ exp in a continuous production plant; Plastic processing experience advantageous; 2 years exp as Plant Shift Supervisor; Microsoft Office and report writing skills; Highly developed root cause analysis and fault finding skills; Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Act; Shifts + overtime; Own transport and valid driver’s license.
