Regional Manager - Hygiene - KZN

Purpose of the job: To provide leadership, management, control, customer services to different sites increase sales within KZN Region

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer

Positions Level: Senior Management

Key Responsibility Areas: The incumbent will be required to provide leadership, direction, control and management to a number of operations managers based at different sites within WC Region.

Provide customer service to all sites in the cluster including customer satisfaction, customer complaints, cleanliness and implementation of quality management system.

Management of staff at each sites  in the cluster including recruitment, selection, induction, performance management, employee morale,  sound labour relations, leave, overtime and payroll records. Stock management including stock allocation, safe keeping, stock control, optimum utilization and consistent supply. Compiling  monthly project plan indicating dates and names of customers to be visited. Establishing and maintaining a legitimate relationship with customers in the cluster.

Conducting joint inspections at customer sites in conjunction with customer representative/s and responsible customer relationship manager to ensure improved service levels. Identifying customers’ potential problems and blockages and develop strategy to prevent them. Compiling monthly reports for each customers indicating, success achieved, potential problems, problems addressed , lessons learned, cleaning products used, leave taken, overtime worked and scorecard score. Budget control and monitor cash flow for the region. Develop region strategic objective in line with company objective. Identify and visit prospective customers to sell cleaning and hygiene services. Preparing sales proposals and overall sales management. Maintain, manage and grow customer base within the KZN region. Essential Requirements. A relevant degree/diploma in management. Valid driver’s license.  3  year post matric qualification in management will be  an added advantage. Minimum of  5 years management experience in the cleaning industry/services. Ability to build relationship, team work, customer service, goal orientation, performance management and excellent communication skills. Posted By Unidas. .Salary 25 - 30 000.00 + Ben + Car.
