Looking for a FIT Reservations Assistant

Qualifications and experience: Extensive travel experience in the region and a passion for travel. Travel industry work experience, particularly in Tour Operating. Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English. A workable knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel software. Reliable and responsible, with outstanding organizational and customer service skills. Initiative to develop more efficient methods for operations. The ability to work in a team environment. Understanding of cross-department dependencies & ability to work productively with all areas of the business. Flexible and adaptable to handle a multitude of tasks that may be on the go at the one time. Research and booking of all accommodation establishments and included activities. Prepare all trips departure sheets and files. Booking script processing on a day to day bases. Effectively quote FIT and tailor-made products. Effectively recon of major supplier accounts.
