Customer Support Engineer – Time and Attendance, Pinelands Start Asap R8500 Basic + Commission On Support Service, Km reimbursement on business kilometers traveled, Incentives (Sales lead Commission, Annual Profit Share), Cell phone reimbursement, Our client is a well-established company. We are looking for an experienced candidate that has excellent technical skills and great communication skills. We are looking for a Dynamic individual, who is self-motivated and can work well under pressure. The consultant will be required to deal with clients on site at both an operator and a management level. Commissioning of Hardware; Installation and Configuration of software; in-house and onsite support. Training of operators and supporting them telephonically.

Formal Qualifications & Experience needed: Exposure to some form IT Training/Qualification Software specific e.g. MCSE. Tertiary Qualification - Bachelors degree (Not essential). Experience in Information Technology and Client Services/Support > 2 years. Client liaison, software training and telephonic helpdesk support exposure.

Personality/Qualities: Confident, Strong communicator. Capacity to interact professionally with clients on site at a Management level. Attention to detail, flexibility, quick learner/self starter, Analytical Problem Solver, committed.

Criteria, Age = 24 to 35, Must have a reliable car, Must have Cell phone
