Cold calls are made from a database to prospects to generate leads and convert them into sales.

Minimum Requirements: Matric At least 2 year experience in Telesales with proven track record FAIS Credits (Advantageous) Knowledge in the telesales Industry Track Record for achieving /exceeding Sales Targets.

Computer Literate Job Specification: Outbound Telesales from Database (Dialer) Inbound Telesales. Handling Objections and Persuading Prospects Constant follow up with Customers regarding outstanding Information (Call Backs) Liaising with other Internal Departments no applications will be considered without the appropriate qualifications and experience
