Grocery clerk
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Overtime, Weekend, Day, Evening
Salary: $17.00 to $18.00 Hourly for 40 hours per week
Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Iqaluit, NU, Nunavut (4 vacancies )
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Work Setting: Grocery store
Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
Specific Skills: Customer service oriented, Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery, Carry customer's purchases, Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom, Direct customers to location of articles sought, Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items, Order stock, Record incoming stock, Stock shelves and display areas, Keep stock clean and in order, Order picking, Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors), Operate cash register
