The successful applicant will have: Excellent communication skills/both verbal and written, Working knowledge of the National Quality Framework including the National Regulations, the National Quality Standard and the Early Years Learning Framework, Commitment to inclusive Early Childhood practice and social justice, An understanding of current pedagogical thinking and research, Ability to work collaboratively and build warm and respectful relationships with families and children &to build community spirit A passion for developing, planning, and implementing an innovative educational programs, Current First Aid Certificate
