About the role of Leading Hand for Formwork projects: As the Leading Hand you will be responsible for managing the construction of the structures which includes: Coordinating and overseeing every day works, Ability to Manage sub contractors and trades, Delivering Projects on time and on budget, Manage project budgets and man hours, Client focused approach, Drive projects, Maintaining a safe and secure work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
