Overview: The ACTU Call Centre conducts a range of campaigns for affiliated Unions and other organizations. Working alongside our Inbound Hotline, Campaign Organizers gain valuable exposure to both inbound and outbound aspects of union call centers and to the work of unions more broadly.

Job Description: Successful applicants will be contacting union members as a part of the ACTU campaign for the Federal Election.

Essential: Strong communication skills, Competent and proficient in data entry, The ability to work as part of a team, Demonstrated commitment to the principles of unionism, A desire to interact with people in a call centre environment,

Attention to detail: Desired, Customer service or call centre experience, Delegate or Activist experience, Awareness of the work of unions, ongoing campaigns and issues affecting workers in the current industrial relations environment, Languages other than English, Salary, $24.90/hour, 15% Superannuation
