Womens Health & Family Services specialises in women’s health issues, providing medical, counselling, drug and alcohol support, domestic violence, mental health and other health services for women and their families.  The programs and services at Womens Health & Family Services are open to all West Australian women and their families, with consideration made for the unique needs of Aboriginal, migrant and refugee families.

Business Manager of Education and Training Arm: Womens Health & Family Services is seeking a Business Manager of the Education and Training Arm responsible for the management and corporate governance of this new service area. The Business Manager will strongly influence the development of this new WHFS service area by looking at gaps in current training provided to health and social welfare professionals in WA and developing training programs to set WHFS apart in this competitive market.

Appropriate Tertiary Degree in Health Science or Social Services.

Significant management experience and competency in the delivery of adult education and training activities to both professionals and community members. A Certificate IV in Workplace Assessment and Training would be an advantage.

Significant experience in business development.

Experience in the management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.

Demonstrated ability and experience in managing financial, physical and human resources.
