YWCA NSW is a medium sized, well established community services provider based in the Sydney CBD, with regional offices across NSW. Our dedicated employees and volunteers work with women, children, young people and their families, to find the possible in their lives.

Our Metro, Sydney team is seeking an experienced full-time Quality and Impact Coordinator.

The primary focus of this role is measuring the impact of our programs using our Results Based Accountability Framework, and coordinating the Quality and Policy framework for the organisation.

In addition, this role is responsible for collating the performance of our programs, managing our Government contract database, coordinating the yearly financial auditing of programs, fleet management, and other projects for the programs team.

The successful candidate will meet the following key selection criteria: Demonstrated knowledge of program evaluation and experience in evaluating programs or equivalent; Experience in training staff and writing training and induction documents; Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and negotiation skills and a proven ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people including internal and external stakeholders; Excellent organisation skills with an ability to plan and prioritise multiple assignments whilst consistently meeting agreed deadlines; Demonstrated computer literacy and word processing skills; Ability to work independently as well as across multiple teams; Demonstrated ability to lead peers through major projects; All applicants will be required to have a valid Working with Children Check and complete a National Criminal History Record Check.
