About your environment: Cancer Council Victoria has been leading efforts against cancer since 1936 through world leading research, prevention, support and advocacy programs. The Retail Services Program Team provides our donors and the general public with high quality sun protective products, through the operation of one retail store, a direct mail/phone/fax order service and online store. The Team promotes sun protection products and behaviours and other fundraising events of Cancer Council and is an integral part of the fundraising portfolio.

About your opportunity: We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Services Project Officer to join the Retail Services Team.  Reporting to the Retail Services Mailorder/Online Team Leader, your role is to:

Respond to and ensure delivery of customer product orders, perform stock control and reporting and recording of all daily sales

Assist with delivery of direct mail and online orders, email campaigns and other online marketing initiatives

Provide training and support to volunteer staff members

All about you: We are looking for someone with: A relevant qualification and/or demonstrated experience delivering high quality customer service in a retail or sales environment. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work as a collaborative team member, with proven experience using Microsoft Office suite

What we can offer you: This full-time fixed-term position to 30 June 2016 provides a salary within range $46,467 - $51,240 pa plus superannuation, annual leave loading and the benefits of not-for-profit salary packaging and a meal entertainment card.  We also offer a flexible and friendly work environment, social and wellbeing activities, and a location close to public transport.
