Program Info: The Hunter Brighter Futures Program works with families and parents in the local community to support them in caring for their children.  The Benevolent Society has a long and proud history of helping families and in this role you will be trained in the use of our Resilience Practice Framework developed by experts and recognised as leading edge in our sector.

Position info: As a Brighter Futures Child and Family Practitioner you will provide support to families, referrals that successfully link them to appropriate networks, as well as participating in case conferences, family reviews and home visits.

Person Requirements: You will have a relevant tertiary qualification and / or demonstrated assessment and case management and experience with children and families. You need to be passionate about and skilled in enabling children and families to achieve their goals.
