Power Engineer, Second Class
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time, Shift, Day, Evening
Salary: $85,000.00 to $95,000.00 Yearly for 40 hours per week, Other Benefits

Location: Edmundston, New Brunswick (1 vacancy)
Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Credentials (certificates, licences, memberships, courses, etc.): Power Engineering Trade Certification, Stationary Engineer 2nd Class, WHMIS, CPR / First Aid Certificate, Driver's License
Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
Work Setting: Pulp and paper industry
Type of Equipment: Low pressure boilers, High pressure boilers, Electric generators
Specific Skills: Measure temperature, fuel flow and pressure, Troubleshoot, perform corrective action or minor repairs as required, Perform routine equipment maintenance, Clean and lubricate machinery and components, Maintain daily log of operation, maintenance and safety activities
Additional Skills: Instruct apprentices, Read electrical schematics, blueprints and other technical diagrams
Security and Safety: Bondable, Basic security clearance
Own Tools/Equipment: Steel-toed safety boots
