Junior Sous Chef/Kitchen Manager Required R7000-R10000K, Location, Potchefstroom, North West, Advertised By Private, Job Type Full-Time, Primi World is looking for a Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic team. SALARY: R7000-R10 000 depending on experience, Education and Experience: Matric or equivalent required, Previous experience in a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef role, preferably within a formal or fine dining environment, Professional Cookery qualification required, First Aid Certificate preferable, Fire Fighting Certificate preferable

Overall Purpose: Responsible for the planning, organising, directing and co-ordinating of all kitchen activities, to ensure the efficient operation of the kitchen i.e. staffing, training and scheduling of employees. In order to ensure the delivery of a quality product, which exceeds the guests’ expectations and Primi World standards.
