Clinic Care Representative, Company: Doncaster Animal Clinic, Location: Thornhill, ON

Our two locations, Doncaster Animal Clinic (www.doncasteranimalclinic.com) and Steeles Veterinary Services are currently looking for another receptionist to help grow our team and provide new ideas. This person must possess fantastic customer service and administration skills, have a love for pets and have a friendly, positive and professional demeanor. Our ideal candidate must be able to multitask and still maintain a professional and organized work environment. Strict attention to detail is very important.

Duties will include but are not limited to: handling incoming inquiries, data entry of client files, making and directing phone calls, verifying current vaccinations and veterinary clinics on file, admitting and discharging patients, assist and participate in organizing staff and client events, Hours include: Rotating between mornings, afternoons and Saturdays. Doncaster location close to Steeles and Yonge. Shifts to cover both locations. Steeles Location close to Steeles and Bathurst.
