Job Requirements: Dispensing knowledge, Knowledgeable with regard to pharmacy legislation, Knowledge of financial management principles and systems, Computer literacy – Basic MS Office skills, Knowledge of dispensing systems and ordering systems, No experience required. Management experience will be advantageous, B.Pharm degree, Registered as a pharmacist at the pharmacy council (SAPC), Registration at the SAPC

Responsibilities: Dispensing, Participation in company initiatives (BBB), Pharmacy administration, Housekeeping, Stock control, Customer service, Sales, Compliance, Operational work planning, priority setting and scheduling, Operational performance monitoring, People and enabling capacity management / Resourcing, Manage cross functional relationships e.g. with prescribers, suppliers, Head Office, Store manager, Cash office, Resolve escalated operational issues

Budget management: Staffing decisions, Developing and tutoring of staff, interns and assistants, Motivated and discipline team
