Job Details: Franchise Manager - Sports - Attractive Salary + Benefits - Our client is a global organization in the retail sector with primary focus on sports & apparel. Based in Dubai, the incumbent will be solely responsible for franchising, while establishing sustaining relationships with partners. Job role involves setting up the cost center & sales budgets, defining net margins for franchise partners, strategic planning & forecasting, retail operations management, relationship management with key decision makers, ensuring efficient merchandising, competitor analysis, leading training & development activities across the stores within the GCC region and ensuring high performances as per the company objective. Applicant sought will hold degree qualifications, with 3 to 5 years track record in sales & marketing / franchising within the retail industry. Experience in retail merchandising is a plus; exposure to sports / trade marketing a distinct advantage.
