Job Requirements: Mature female – non smoker. Matriculation & Bookkeeping diploma would be advantageous, Minimum Booking Experience: 3 Years, Previous experience within the industrial automotive / bearing industry would be Advantageous, Previous experience in dealing with international Creditors / Forex, Basic Knowledge regarding Internet, Usage & Computer Literacy, Impressive Communication Abilities & Telephonic Etiquette, Own Transport, Maintain a professional appearance & provide a positive company image, Close proximity to Montague Gardens, Financial analysis and interpretation. Good written and verbal communication. Problem Solving, An ability to work quickly and accurately Good concentration as well as an eye for detail, An ability to work to deadlines, Good computer skills (especially with databases and financial software), Honesty, discreet and trustworthy, Daily Tasks, Daily, weekly, monthly Bank reconciliations, debtors receipting, registering all daily EFT and cheque payments. Financial record keeping. Reconciliations of expenses, updating recons, processing invoices. Resolve discrepancies and queries. Administrating all travel, credit card and fleet expenses. Assist the Accountant with required information and processes. Intercompany reconciliations. Maintaining an orderly accounting filing system. Ensure no anomalies and all processing is accurate.
