A busy and exciting company is seeking an experienced ADMINISTRATOR to join their vibrant team. This is a extremely successful property development company. They are expanding their property rentals portfolio and this person will manage all administration within the department. Your duties will include client service, handing over of properties to new tenants, follow ups, lease administration and renewals. Dealing with snagging issues and coordinating all admin within the department.

Job Requirements: Must have at least a matric (would prefer extra qualifications), Must have 3-5 years solid Administration experience. Must have worked within a client service related position. Must have own car, Must be a non-smoker, Must live close to work- Bedfordview, Must be enthusiastic , hardworking and wiling to work overtime when needed, Must be very presentable and well groomed, English first language – be well spoken, Must have an enthusiastic, pleasant and bubbly personality, Age – In twenties/early thirties
