Requirements: Matric is essential, Must be willing to work shifts. The position will require shift s from Monday to Sunday (9 hour shifts that start as early as 5:00am and end as late as 23:00pm), Must have good general health and willing to work in outdoor areas in all outdoor weather conditions, Must be willing and able to work overtime should the need arise, Must be responsible for his/her own transport to and from work (Must have valid drivers license), Must be well presented, well spoken with strong communication skills (face to face and telephone interactions) with both internal and external customers

Qualifications/Experience: Matric with a minimum, Driver’s license (code 08/EB) - We need a copy of your Drivers License in order to apply, Preference for this position will be given to applicants who are already experienced in front line customer dealings and communications and have a proven track record

Duties Include: Main focus is Customer service: Delivering the Company promise to our customers, and representing the brand through continuous Ambassadorship. All rental transactions. Meeting and greeting of clients. Checking for and identifying damages to vehicles. Asset Control and Fleet Control. Rental counter and termination duties in parking bays. Reports. General Counter Administration
