Head Chef, Experienced and qualified Executive Chef required for Hotel in Polokwane. The successful candidate would be responsible for the overall management of the kitchen. The candidate will also be required to maintain and implement hygiene standards and to take control of stock takes and staff training. Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
