Accounts Payable Clerk (Winnipeg, Manitoba)

In the role of Accounts Payable Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in processing AP invoices and preparing payments to vendors.

What You Will Do: Input information from scanned invoices into accounting system, Match unapproved invoices to applicable back-up information, Verify receiving slips, quantities, invoice pricing, and match to PO’s, Communicate with Manager to coordinate processing, printing and mailing cheques, and electronic payments, Provide Reception support as required

Must Haves: Minimum 4 years computer-based accounting experience, preferably in an electronic invoicing environment, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent, Proficiency in MS Office combined with accounting system experience, Exceptional organizational skills required, Excellent oral and written communication skills, Ability to work both independently and in a team
