Required competencies: 1. Good knowledge on business writings such as formal letters and emails.

4. Flexibility on time schedules
5. Ability to work in great amount of pressure
6. Can handle travel arrangements such as ticketing, hotel bookings and visa processing for different countries.
7. With UAE driving license
8. Filipino National
Responsibilities: 1. Managing the To-do lists of the MD
2. Organizing and maintaining files and records
3. Planning and scheduling of meetings
4. Monitoring of projects of each Division
5. Coordinating with Different Division
